My Philosophy
Instead of seeing unwanted behaviors or symptoms as bad, I see them as clues into your inner world. Most symptoms are simply red flags or messages pointing to something deeper. Following these clues to the origin of the problem allows us to release it on a mind, body and spirit level.
How does it work?
Therapy is a collaboration between the two of us. I believe you hold all the answers you need. My job is to help remove whatever blocks are keeping you from accessing your own internal wisdon. I will take time to really hear your goals and concerns. I will use my intuitive skills to guide you to your own answers. I trust that you can become your best version of you and live a happy, fulfilling life.
What is my professional background?
I worked as a licensed psychotherapist or LCSW for 28 years. I have my Masters in psychotherapy and have specialized in treating trauma and complex cases. I love using EMDR as it is a powerful healing tool but am also skilled in using CBT, IFS, and DBT. Somatic work is also integral to my treatment methods. When I moved to Florida, I chose to let my license go. I am now offering cash rates as a Therapeutic Coach. As a coach, I have more leeway to use less traditional techniques such as metaphysical work., pendulum/muscle testing, and employing your energetic body. I also have experience helping people integrate after journeying with different plant medicines such as ayahuasca, ibogaine, psilocybin, kambo, and huachuma.

I am intuitive and often know what my clients are feeling before they even know themselves. Depending on your background, I also love incorporating energy techniques, muscle testing, plant medicine integration, tapping and other forms of healing.
